ACCOMMODATIONS & LOGISTICS
The size of Qatar causes it to have a limited supply of hotels for an event as large as The World Cup. As of today, Qatar has 110 hotels with a maximum of 42,030 rooms.
The goal is to have by November 2022, 58.646 rooms by, including 16 flotels with 101 rooms each, and 15,000 rooms obtained through the residential accommodation program.
The minimum required by the event organizers to host a World Cup is 60,000 rooms. Assuming each room is occupied to the maximum with 4 people, it would have a capacity to host 234,584 fans. Each World Cup receives between 1.9 and 3.0 million fans, this means an average hotel offers of only 10%.

Due to the size of the host country, fans will be able to attend up to 4 matches per day.
The minimum distance between stadium is 5 km: Al Rayyan Stadium to Education City Stadium.
Transfer time 10 mins.
The maximum distance between stadiums is 55 km: Al Bayt Stadium to Al Jancub Stadium.
Transfer time: 50 mins.
